Do you mean the first trainer in Bestine? If so, I believe you head to the capital building in Bestine. In one of the rooms on the right, there should be another trainer for you. Hope that helps.

Please help, I was running the Imperial pilot missions out of Bestine, Tatooine and I got transferred but didn't go to where I was transferred to right away, now I can't remember where I got transferred to! I have went to every planet and talked to all the imperial pilot trainers I could find on my map but NONE of them tell me where I should be, just that they can offer me some small time missions. I still have my transfer papers too. Can ANYONE out there tell me where to go and who to see after completing the imperial pilot missions from Bestine??
