FLying with the mouse is killing my hand (maybe old age is getting to me now), What do people use? (cant search its down)

saitek evo works great for me...i think it was around 45$ at best buy

I use a Thrusmaster Top Gun Afterburner II, and it works nicely.
Bought it at CompUSA on sale for $45
