I know its not all ships just some.. anyone have a link to what ships it will be or know what it will be

Dunelizzard, Kirhax, Ixyen, Tie opressor, Kse Firespray. Those are the ones that i know of that are getting a boost.

more interesting will out already crafter fighters gain a increse in mass or will only newly crafted ones have this ?

Only newly crafted ones, a sourse of much anger to some already.

Correct. You can't change a decaying, crafter-dependentstat. Only static numbers can be changed that way.
Also, do you have a link showing that publish 11.2 is in fact going out tomorrow? Thanks.
