Agree. Is real ridiculous that i carry a better mark V shield in my Bwing than the one in the YKL Nova.,.. not to talk the Nova is 20 larger and it receives a lot more of incoming damage, is useless also when 'bombardin' as the Corvette blows u up in 4 shots as all the blasters hit you... the only use i can see right now for Decimator, YT-1300 and YKL-Nova is help middle level friends to get xp. we go to endor, durilium sea, i stop in the middle of the smugglers, and own them all etc..

In Beta, it seemed possible to deplete your reactor. I never got farther than the high 90% really. Anyway, it seemed that once you get the large multiplayer ships like the Decimator, you should be stronger. It should have stronger armor and shields than fighters, even if you put the same components in them. I was thinking that there should be some multiplier for the ships to even it out. Obviously, even with a multiplier, larger and slower ships still need the higher mass shields and armor to have good defense.
Also on another note, ships with turrets need to have more capacitors. I flew in a Decimator with 2 nice guns, but they drain so much energy that my capacitor can't keep up. They tend to not have enough mass, and don't go up as high as other components that can have very high mass with very good stats. *cheers*
