i've crafted mark V blaster(red) and experimented it to 0.252 refire rate, once installed, i realized it's become 0.260. Do I need glasses or, like always, is nerfed?

Don't be so quick to cry nerf. The chassis have different modifiers on it.

... I would find it ... unreasonable for the chassis to effect weapon firing rate.

And you're shocked? Chassis have an effect on roll, yaw and pitch, speed and etc. I don't know all of the modifiers, but I noticed that the same guns were faster on the medium fighter than the heavy fighter.

I don't see how a chasis would effect how an external gun fires.

fluffy reason:
the chassis's hard points for the weapons can only be stressed to a certain point .. if weapon being mounted rof exeeds that of the rating one must lower it's rof so not to stress the mouint to the point of critical failure.
hey ... ya wana argue that then explain to me why the turret lasers have recoil...

I never really assigned "recoil" to the quad lasers ... I always just assumed it was simply moving the barrels to firing position, using the same firing source, but alternating barrels to limit heat buildup.
For that matter why should fighter mounted energy weapons have recoil to the point of over-stressing thier mounts?
And if this were the explination, then it should only effect "outboard" weapon mounts as the fusilage mounted weapons would certainly be more reinforced. Not to mention it should then only effect higher power weapons.
After all while firing a 12 gauge repeatedly in rapid succession can wear out your shoulder, firing a 22 in the same manner would hardly effect you.

because in starwars lasers have recoil .. go fire a laser rifle/carbine/t-21...
