How i can resupply the missiles and chaffs in my Nova? the ressuply ship don't come when i call him cause i'm so large to call him, and it said that i could ressuply them when i'm inside the ship but how????

when i was in beta i was only aware of being able to resupply on ground on the starship terminal and i never knew anything about a resupply ship?
