anyone know if i drop imperial pilot to take on a different squadron will i loose my unspent XP and have to grind it all?

My guess would be as soon as you make your first kill your XP will be reduced down to the Tier 1 max (10k was it?), just like all the other professions.

yes you will loose all your xp the moment you drop your current pilot proffession

yes you lose it all every drop ox xp whether its spent or saved up.

You carry over nothing. You start from scratch.

I switched from neutral to rebel in beta.

I figured i had enough xp i could get ywing right away... nope.

I think they should add an option 'Request a transfer' to every pilot trainer's conversation, where it would let you choose your new squadron and tell you where to find your new trainer. Then you could just continue your tier there.

thanks alot for the info guys. i think ill stick with storm squadron. im 3/3/2/2 which has taken to much work to just quit.
