Im wondering which are the Skill boxes that cannot be trained by getting xp but erquire you to finish a quest. Coz it seems im doing my tier 3 missions but whenever i learn a new skill after a successful mission i notice hte xp does not go down at all... Am i correct to say that tier 3 missions and possibly others do not require xp to learn? But rather require successful misison completion?

All Tier 3 boxes are free. You just need to complete the mission assigment to get training. The Tier 4 boxes however cost 1 million XP each.

Thanks for the info. So for tier 4 is it just xp? or do you still have to complete a mission as well as have 1 mil xp to train per box?

I believe it is a combination of both missions and XP. I just made my 1st Tier 4 box last night and had enough XP to be trained right away without having to take a mission.

Tier 4 requires some long missions and a bit of grinding in space. I would try to maximize all my xp from tier so i ca make the most out of it when you have to go back to xp for training in tier 4
