If i buy a ship blueprint, do i bring that the the shipwright dude in the starports and he builds me one or what...and do i have to buy the blueprint then the engine then the bla bla bla, etc etc etc...what exactly goes into getting a new ship...!

1. Buy a blueprint from a shipwright.
2. Take the blueprint to the starport and have the chassis dealer build you a chassis from it. This gives you a deed. Upload the deed into your datapad.
3. Buy a reactor, capacitor, weapons, armor, etc. for your ship based on the tier that you're capable of installing.
4. Go to the ship terminal in your local starport and select your ship, then click on the "Manage" button. You can swap out components and make installations right there, then launch and have fun.
I spent about 30-50k on my dunelizard with tier 3 components. Most other stuff I got in space from loots. You could probably save money by doing that in the newbie ship... go out and get components. Inspect ships to see what they have.
