Will the Verteran reward be 1 per character or account? Sample question isn't it?

You will need another copy of JTLS for another account, so its 1 per character.

So I could have two different characters with the Veteran reward in his/her data pad?

The vet reward is given to every character on the account, but I think there was some rule for new characters having to wait 1 month for it to come.
