I am saddened to hear that my pre-order of JTL from EBshop.com on 10/19 was a waste of money. Not only do I not get to play in the beta (ok, no big deal), I don't get the speeder since I won't be getting the pre-order disk ith the magic key. On top of that, I won't be able to play JTL on its release becuase I will still be waiting for my CD to arrive from EBshop.com!!

Today, I read that I really needed to order around 10/14 in order to get the pre-order disk and all the goodies. So if you haven't received your pre-order disk yet, you're not going to.

SOE, please get your act together! I don't mind you pimping pre-orders, but when the bonus offers are done, UPDATE YOUR ADS!

*Update*
I was able to find a local store that had a pre-order disk available! Cancelled my online order and am heading over to pick it up!

I actually went to the store today and pre ordered and the guy gave me a beta disk. To bad I'm under 18. Even with the NDA lifted, people under 18 still cant play

Klemm,

Are you saying that you can still get that disc of almost pure gold from those EB Games stores?!?!?

I'm cancelling my online Pre-order if that is true!!!

i picked up my beta disk from the EB store. i was already in beta just wanted key for speeder. i ordered though at the end of september.

There's a quote about the original design of Galaxies that says it was too much like living the life of Uncle Owen and not enough like the life of Luke or Han Solo.

You should still get the speeder if you qualified from the vendor (ebgames), I wll double check this too.

Sad, but seemingly true. I followed the link from the SWG site to the E.B. site and ordered JTL. This isn't getting me into the beta or the groovy prize as promised. Instead I'll just get a copy of JTL sent to me when it is released.

i pre-ordered from EB too,i could send you the email confirmation if needed,so if you could confirm if i (ad everyone else who never got the disk(s) could still get the speeder,itd be great...

I pre-ordered online from EB today just to get the speeder. Please tell me that those of us who order pre-release will somehow get our little speeders...

Im a JTL Tester, who was waiting till the last minute to preorder, I heard the problems people had, so I went to my local EBgames, asked, they looked in the prorder cabinet, and there were three boxs. About to register it right now!

I got into Beta before I got the pre-order and now I seem to have no way to enter my pre-order keys. When Itr y it says I already have a key associated with that account.

Anyone know how to enter the pre-order key to get the speeder if I'm already in Beta?

I was so worried about the pre-order when I didn't see it on the site anymore. Then I went to my local EB Games and they had oodles of pre order boxes. hehe

One thing about the flash speeder is if it get disabled you can call out a new one anywhere. Good for PvP I'd say.

I'd wait until the game goes live. I'm guessing that you'll get another chance to put in your retail CD-Key and a pre-order CD-Key. Or I could be wrong but somehow I got that impression from somewhere.

The greedy money grubbing SOE will make this speeder available for as long as they think they can make a few pennies off of it. don't worry everyone will get one. You guys should know SOE by now

chill, Its not about the money... preorders do not cost ANY EXTRA than the regular product lol.

when in the office tomorrow I will get clarification on this do not send me any preorder receipts or anything because I do not work for ebgames and have no clue what they mean
