the krayt is a twisted kimo, but still a nice edition to the nuetral's line-up of certs 
why does everybody flame the devs for making it? i'll admit, we don't want something that can be mistaken for a kimo, but at least we got a new gunship, with a kewl name i might add 
i can see people buying it and having fun as rebelz and impz do in their 2-seaterz
no more flaming the krayt, nothing goods comes out of it, nothing even happens except negativeness, stuff

I am happy the neutrals finally got something for master. Now we dont have to listen to the "I want linked fire controls in my YT" cause they are getting old.

Sorry couldn't resist.
I dont see why we shouldnt get it its not like we could hit much with it.
I am more a fan of more open ended customization of ALL ships. Give up something for something else etc.
IE lose a missle and add a front gun or whatever.
I havent had a chance to try the Krayt yet but Im very happy to have a 2-seater now.

The great thing about the Krayt is it actually works well in BOTH its roles:
You can take it up solo and end up with a slightly faster, more manuverable Rhix with 20k more mass, or you can take it up with a gunner and have a sl;ightly faster, more manuverable Rhix with a turret gunner

I want linked fire controls in my YT!!! And no matter how many new ships hit the game, i still will be wanting

Btw. The krayt flies quite nicelyl and is a damn damage dealer, but it is still ugly like sh**... uhm well it´s ugly

Im relieved that they added the krayt I was concerned when i discovered that the Nuetral faction i was lvling didn't have a decent master ship for soloing.
As far as linked fire controls common that is to complicated in an age of space travel. Allternatively I would like to see a /hiregunner option available from a starport npc that allows master pilots the ability to /hire a gunner for there multi gunner ships.
The longerthe npc gunneris highered the better he gets.
Is this the introduction of maintence for datapad items.

How's this ship handle compared to the Firespray, just curious? As for the /hiregunner feature, why not just add a few additionaldroid commands for all factions that allowthe FC or astromech driod to control your gun turrets as well as forward-link them so the pilots can fire them?

what i think they need to is take out the longprobe...hear me out before you flame........and then make a program for you flight computer for 2 seater ship (maybe multiplayer too) that if you give a certain command and if there is noone in the turret you can link the guns up and use both regular and turret
any thoughts?

My firespray still turns a tad faster then my Kryat, but thats cause of the engines. My kryat is actually faster then my Rix with the same engine. I'm having to get used to the cross fire convergence of the thing
Its actually pretty nice of a spread when you have fast shooting guns on it. However...all my lvl 6/10's hog the cap.
Compaird to the FS I say its pretty even, but the ships serve different rolls. Firespray is a heavy fighter/medium bomber platform while the Kryat is a Heavy Fighter/Gunship platform.

Use cap overcharge 3 and weapon overload 3 and thatshould solve the cap problem for you.

You can lock the turrets in the krayt? Are you sure? Man, I hope not. That's going to create a destructive uproar, guaranteed.

Yes, it is possible i am afraid. I think it is a bug, since it does not work for everybody (for me it does not i.e.) but someone i know (you will understand that i wont post the name
) can fire the Turret when he´s in his Krayt alone. but even when a gunner is with him, the turret fires whenever he fires... regardless of what the gunner is doing at that time.
But as i said i think it might be a bug. But if it is not, then please SoE fix it so that everyone can use this feature.
