There are plenty of documented sources stating that CorSec are Rebel-aligned. Many CorSec in my guild cannot attack rebels.

But, I admit, that stating it is a bug is an assumption on my part. There has been no confirmation for or against.

However, all the books and even on the ground in Corellia state that CorSec is rebel-aligned.

I see. It seems unusual that you have people in your guild that are Corsec pilots but they can't fire on Rebel ships. Are these players factioned with the Rebels while on the ground? I am neutral both on the ground and in space so maybe this is why I can attack both sides and they can't. This would seem like a bug to me since everyone who joins a pilot faction should be permitted to attack whatever ships are allowed to be targeted for that faction.

However I might add that if this is indeed a bug it shoud be fixed by allowing anyone who joins Corsec be allowed to fire on anyone except Corsec ships since it does say in the description for the Corsec pilot faction that they are indeed Neutral.

I thought being freelance allowed you to be freelance?? Its nice to be able to shot anything in the space. Now I have to redo Master Pilot. Could you have it so when you make Master pilot you can shot anything??? If not, put out a message saying what each freelance person can attack, not attack, do, and not do. Thanks.

Last I checked, RSF was in bed with the Imps.

In other words, they are working together.

What's the one that's in bed with the Rebels?

Giovane - Imperial Pilot Ace | Jedi Master
Guo - Freelance Master Pilot | Master Medic
Rong - Alliance Ace Pilot | Master Trader (Shipwright/Architect)

Drop-off vendors: 3895 -6157, roughly 1250m from Mos Eisley starport

Ok,can Corsec Pilots attack Imps?? Can Smugglers Alliance Attack Imps?? What can a freelance pilot do and not do?? And is there any talk about makeing up a mission termial just for freelance, so we can do freelance missions???? I believe after you make Masrer Pilot, you should be able to do what you want. Attack anything for money.

One of them is totally neutral, meaning you can attack anything you want, but the other is allied with the Rebels, so you won't be able to attack Rebel ships if you join them. I don't know which one is which though.

So SA is the real neutral then

I believe Corsec can, not sure on the smugglers or any of the others. I'm sure that both the Hutt and Valarian can attack both sides though. But I'm not a freelance pilot myself, so I don't know the finer points. ATM, I'm just spouting off the way it should be.

If as a RSF pilot you cannot attack rebels, then to tell you the complete truth, I don't know what the devs have done with the system.

RSF can attack Rebels, but not Imps. Corsec can attack Imps, but not Rebels. SA can attack both.

Corsec.

Actually, I don't believe that is entirely true. I think the CorSec wishes to remain neutral in the Galactic Civil War, and therefore will attack any partisan party. At least, that's what they say.

Plus, I am not RSF pilot, I am a freelance pilot, hired by the RSF to do missions, that is it. Nothing more, so GIVE ME MY FREEDOM OF FREELANCING BACK.
