...THAT THE BETA WAS ONLY PLAYABLE 18+ I WOULDN'T STAY UP ALL NIGHT WOULD I? 
I'm 15... Crap... Oh well... How's it like? Any big bugs? Fun gameplay? References? etc...

Ah... I thought you would get to play imidiatly... Anyhow - Why do I have to be over 18? I'ts not alcohol... I hope...
Since my parents are aware of me checking the beta out / and paying my Galaxies account by VISA (my allowance tho) I don't see why I couldn't be testing the beta...

This is the signup. Beta won't even really start until September for most people that get invited.

Hahaha... Sorry? For what? No problems what so ever.... I'm being sarcastic... I actually think it's pretty great that they have some control of who they are admitting and not...
BTW... Will everyone go nuts now, waiting for confirmation that they are gonna get to test the beta???
Cause if so - I'll have some sort of break from here
This evening has been bizzare to say the least... Everyone acting all nuts...

Yeah. An NDA is a legal contract. Contracts between minors aren't recognized by the law.

I am a former USAF personnel, The whole thing with a NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement (for those of you that dont know what NDA stands for) they want you to be of legal age so if you "leak" info you could be prosecuted by the company. In all they want to hold the testers accountable for their action/spoken info on the testing.

I agree with Nicarye. You have to be held accountable for what you do and it is easier for them to hold you accountable if you are legally an adult.
