I didnt realize that i was doing missions the imperial aligned "neutral" force, so i wanted to switch to the rebel aligned one. I had all tier 1 skills and had enough xp for the first tier 2 skill when i realized this (im slow, heh). when i went to coronet to talk to the neutral pilot trainer, he wouldnt train me until i did some missions for him. but the problem is the duty missions he was giving were tier 1, and since i was maxed on xp, they seemingly had no effect on him as id kill5 or 6 waves, go back, still wouldnt train and hed give the same mission. is this a bug, or can i just not switch???
