where do you get the quest for the arc-170? and how does it rate as a ship? how many people are in it and what roles do they perform?

I think you go to Theed and talk to one of the RSF dudes and they either give you missions for the ARC-170 or you have to get to a certain point as a RSF. Something like that. But, you have to have good Rebel faction standing.
As for being a good ship, I've seen sweet moves with those things. I don't think it can hold alot though. It's mass is small in my opinion and it only has two weapon slots. Cool looking ship, but I prefer the Krayt and YT-1300 over it.

Please don't post guesses about quests, if you don't know don't say.
Members of the Rebellion (ground faction, pilot profession doesnt matter) can go to the Theed Palace and talk to the Queen (way in back). You must be a Combatant to get her to talk, but most people go on leave to do the missions (unless you're into fighting, this is recommended)
As for the ship itself, it is a Pilot plus friends sort of deal. Not really effective as a solo platform, but quite deadly versus the environment when fully crewed and used strategically.
