There should be Skilltapes for Shipwrights , every crafting profession that i know of has skill tapes they might not do anything worth while but they have them

Bio-Engineer doesn't have any skill tapes. I'm pretty certain that no new SEAs have been added to the game since launch, and I wouldn't count on any new ones coming in anytime soon.

I hope to God there aren't any skill tapes for SW. Sw's already have 15 exp points and I don't have the millions upon millions of credits it would take to buy any.

Only the already super-rich will be able to afford them and quite frankly they are not needed.
