Ok so in feb my computer craped out on me....I never actualy cancelled my subscription but since i couldnt play i did not keep buying game cards......and when i came back last week my account said "cancelled" is this going to hurt me getting a ship? I mean I've been playing constantly since just after launch and never would have been away if it wernt for my silly CPU going south.

My opinion is that it should be players who have played for over a year when the invites are sent. If they go out tomorrow, anyone who started after 7/15/03 would be screwed.

Oh shoot, I reigstered August 22, 2003. Meh, a month late.
Atleast I still get the ship!
Anyways... You might have problems with that.
1. not continuing using timecards and having it "cancel"
2. Using timecards(since they're having problems tracking timecard users)
Would probably get a better repsonse from a dev than me.

I have about the same question, here are my 2 questions. hopefull someone can give us some answers.
Ihave 5 accounts, the last one being opened in november of last year. when i opened the last account, the billing date was differant than my other 4, and since i bought a 1 year subcribtion, i canceled the account.(it's still playable til dec 02 2004) does that mean this account will not recieve the ship?
Last monthi decided to use gamecards for my other 4 accounts. i have since cancelled them all, and gonna use a gamecard before they exipire. All 4 accounts are still playable for about another 2 months, so again, are these accounts gonna get the ship?
While my accounts may be cancelled, they are still and always have been paid for.(meaning none of my accounts never had to resubscribe to play)

I vote for 6 months of total subscription time. Not consecutive.

I think this has happened to alot of people and theres been alot of complaints, they are aware of it and im pretty sure something will be done or there is gonna be alot of angry customers come launch.
Q3PO mentioned there would be a grace period to cover people who hit complications, you can check your billing status for each month by clicking on my account on the top of the forum and heading for billing info.

Originally I subscribed for a full year when the game was first released. When the subscription was up I didn't renew for 2 months does this mean that I won't be getting the veteran reward?

If you've been playing the last 6 months without any lapses in the account you'll be ok.
