I have two accounts on one computer. I do not however, play them both at the same time.
What I'm wondering is - does anybody know how I will be able to tellJTLwhich specificaccount I want it to bind to - since I only intend to "enable" ONE of my accounts with JTL?
(I'm assuming that if I wanted to enable BOTH accounts, I'd have to buy two copies of JTL to enable each of them respectively - but I only want to enable one for the time being)
How can I make sure that my Primary account is the one which JTL "enables"?
I just don't want to inadvertently "enable" the wrong account.

You would log into the account you want to enable it on. Then click on the register expansion button and enter the CD-Key.
