i am already on jtl beta but got preorder disk so i could bet the flash speeder. how do i enter my new access key code?

i did what it said and i never asked for the key code but i did when i originally signed up for beta

I think the bonusCDs were intendedto reach consumers before the open beta but things didn't work that way

Greetings!
I live in Canada, and so I was holding off on the preorder on ebworld.com so that I can save a few extra dollars by picking it up at a store here (they usually charge the same price, but in CAD up here).
Today I noticed that there were trainers for the new professions in game.
My question: If I preorder on ebworld.com, does that mean I will be able to train in one of the new expansinos now? Or will I still have to wait until October 27th? I'm a bit confused as to what exactly is included in this "Part I"... can we use any of the JTL features yet or just see them as options?
