As a freelance pilot, I've flown the Dunelizard and now the Kimogila. There is very little manueverability in these ships. If a fast enemy, such as an A-Wing, is near, I rarely get him in my field of vision.....and when I do, he is beginning his attempt to collide with me (which causes my front shields to fall, while it has NO effect on him).

What are other pilots out there doing that I am not?

Cut throttle to 1/2 or so for turns. Also, colliding causes no dmg. It's his lasers that dmg your shields

heh, you will learn to use a combination of throttle, roll and pitch to get behind faster ships to target them .. instead of them just flying past you over and over again ... 'slam on the brakes, let em pass .. gun it and gun em down' ....
