I looted this from some slave trader's ship above Dantooine (I can't come close to defeating the Rebel missionson Dantyet, so I am trying to get some xp by killing these tier 3 ships). What is this for? It says something about spice trading, and fake cargo? Can anyone clue me in?

I think it's just a note you can read. A bit of RP from the devs so to speak. It may have some other use, but I have yet to find one. The funniest one is the "Beginner's Guide to Space Mining"...very funny.
