I recieved an e-mail the day JTLS went live saying I qualify for the 90 day vet reward. but when i type /claimveteranreward nothing happens.

I get no error messages or anything. I submitted a ticket about this and have'nt had any reply. I have also had a look on the forums and cant find anything.

I know a few other people that got the e-mail but cant claim the ship. if i use the /claimvet command it says i have 145 days logged to claim vet rewards with.

as i'm a budding SW i have used up all my lots on harvestors and houses(i have 2 small houses), andin beta when i used/claimveteranreward I got a deed for the ship in my inv which did'nt take up a lot and only did so once i had generated the ship. has anybody else had problems with this?? I have seen other people in game with the vet reward and have been one belonging to a guildie that has less time logged than i do. so is there a work around for this opr is it simply a case of wait for an upodate?

The Yacht is a 180 day reward and currently there is no 90 day reward existing.

so then the e-mail that i got saying I qualify is wrong?

and why was i able to get it in beta? or did everybody get it in beta?
