I'm 1/1/1/1 - CORSEC PRIVATEER
the first corsec guy in the Cnet PA hall has given me missions that I completed... now he only gives Patrol or pirate hunt missions...
What do i do next?
where is Tier2? Tier3? and others...
Where are the Corsec NPCs who give mission?

You must get all the required XP for each tier 1 box, then the guy will train you those skills.
Once you have all the tier 1 skills, you do a couple of missions, then do the same for the tier 2 skills.
Once you have finished tier 2, yougo to Lok and dothe tier 3 mission sets, all of which give you each tier 3 box without needing to grind the required XP.
Then you do tier 4 as normal, grinding the XP.
Master box is a set of missions.

So the Tier2 missions are given by the same guy in PA hall in Cnet right? Sergeat something?

I think the Tier 2 guy is in the back room of the building - in the corridor at the back.

Sgt. Rhea in the back room gives you the missions. Once you get 1 Tier2 box
filled, train it. He'll then give you a different mission.
Tier 2 is pretty much a standard XP tier. Just fill all your boxes up and
then move on to 3.
Tier 3 is all mission based. Complete a mission, get a box. Rinse. Repeat.
