I have gotten to the point that Eyma wanted to talk to me on the heavy x-wing quest. I told him the enemy was not swarming. I have heard that has started a bug on this quest.

What must I do to repair and continue the quest?

You wait for a fix from the Dev Team. No way to work around it, currently.
