well for some reason my options under ctrl + o are like hard wired and i cant change them. i cant turn my sound on or rebind my controlers anyone know whats up?

hello all, i have a problem w/ jtl maybe some of you might be able to help me w/. I recently purchased jtl and have installed it and everything, but i don't think i registered it. The thing is, is that i cannot get up into space and when i try to get taught by one of the pilot trainers they all say that i am not a pilot and i cannot learn from them. So next i registered it by going through the station loading screen where it say "play, account, register etc..." so i registered it and then tried to talk to the trainers. Again the same thing, so i unistalled the game and reinstalled and tried to register and when i did it said the cd key has already been registered. I dont know if this is a bug or i am doing something wrong.If anyone has had this problem and has found a solution please let me know. Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

i think you need to speak to a specific trainer not any one depending on who you want to fly with.
i recieved an email when i started from each of the factions telling me the location of my first trainer.
not sure where the nuetral or imp missions start but the rebel trainer is in MOS ESPA on tatooine

I tried talkin to the guys in the bestine hotel, but the one guy Gil says "u dont look like a pilot, but if ur quiet you can hang around." so basically it didnt work for me hahah.I couldnt even have a convo w/ him. Can anyone provide locations for other basic pilot trainers or w/e? remember i did not recieve the email so i am tryin to start from ground 0. any info provided is greatly appreciated.

You have to talk to a pilot COORDINATOR first. They aren't trainers. They merely register you with the pilot faction of your choice and send enable you to talk to the squadron trainer of your choice. I know the Neutral coordinator is located in the Bestine Hotel near the bar. I think the Rebel one is on Correlia somewhere in a park just outside of the starport (not sure of the city). Not sure where the Imperial coordinator is located.

Actually, I went straight to a trainer on my alt account.
Are you sure you're talking to the correct trainers, and not just the random people outside of starports who are called pilots? And if not, are you sure you're talking to the basic trainers, not a higher-tier one?
