I was one of those people whoaced a pilot profession(Vortex )last night and didnt get a badge, i sent in a Ticket and apparently your SUPPOSE to get badges if theONLY respec you have left is the token one. Surprisingly since CSRs arent very helpful to me usually, CSR GeorgeC came ingame and granted me my pretty Vortex Ace badge.
So if you havent gotten yours, i reccomend filing a CSR ticket because you should have your badge, unfortunatly nothing they can do about medals, its a 'known' bug thats being 'worked on'. Well 1 out of 2 isnt bad, least we can get the badges.

Submitted a ticket for this too.
As for the medals - I did the master mission with a few other people and was the first to talk to the master trainer afterwoods and got my medal. Two other people talked to the trainer immediately after me and did not recevie their medals - I looked in my inventory about 30 mins later to find I now had 3 medals, mine and the two belonging to the people who talked to the trainer after me.
I managed to track down one of the people and give them their medal, but couldn't remember the other persons name!
So basically, it looks like the medals are getting generated in game but are somehow going to the first person to speak to the trainer...
