Help me out here I'm feeling really stupid, I respected to master shipwright and I see these "elite" things that say (POB ship only). what is a POB ship?

POB (which some say stands for player on board) ships are the YT-1300,Nova Courier, and the decimator

I am a master shipwright and made the mistake of making one of each elite pob parts i used 900 up resources all had high oq ut so on. and only can out as a little better then lev ten stuff. the devs said they would try to bakance this so they will make them much more powerful.

POB means "Portalized OBject".
