Was wondering if anyone else has the problem where you are flying along and suddenly your velocity drops to zero then pops back to what you had your speed set at. I find it to get really irritating if I have a more powerful ship chasing me down and suddenly my ship stops dead in space for a second before powering back up and moving again. If anyone has had this problem do you know how to fix it?

Oh ya, its an annoyance as old as the WO3 bug. It will probably be here tell pigs fly. Try and ignore it. Honestly i think its network related.

Its been in the game since beta. Its lag, and yes...very annoying. Instead of the server assuming you are still traveling at speed when you lag, it assumes you suddenly came to a stop. Once the lag is over, you are having to restart from 0 back up to speed each and every time.

I had assumed that it had something to do with the throttle de-synching with where the throttle control on my joystick is. I control my throttle through the keyboard, and keep the control on the stick at 0% sometimes. Could just be lag though, as everyone else indicates. Yes, I think everyone probably gets it.

I can see why you think that, but my stick doesnt have a throttle on it, and others in my guild that use their joystick throttles get it as well.

Yea this is simply a lag issue that has been here since the early days of JTL beta... I wouldn't expect to see this pack its bags anytime soon.
