I have found that the frieghter up in space that contain items can be disabled and docked with. When you do so you get a message that states you have take the cargo. Inspect the freighter and it is empty. The cargo does not show in you inventory, but I was wandering if there is a space station we can sell the bounty to or at least were the cargo goes.

Before it is asked I do not have a cargo hold, but since I don't shouldn't it restrict me from taking the cargo?

It is possible that it is a bugged quest ship that you can do this too without having the mission. I am just hypothesizing.

I don't believe they have implemented open space piracy yet. It certainly would be an interesting system I must say, give something for the neutrals to do in particular. But the factioned players would need a suitable system to do, maybe rebels can conduct piracy since they are more loosely structured but imperials definately wouldn't.

its not a quest ship, just cargo ships around the space stations, check for youself. as for space piracy, its not in yet but i wish it would be.
