ok, i've given up on my quest for fs. 5 People out of 12 servers? the chance of me getting anywhere near unlocking fs is infinitely small. i give up.man this sucks. i'm pretty dissapointed in how this turned out. i guess i'll still play, i love swg, but this.... it's sad.
well, at least the devs did 2 things well: keeping jedi rare and nerfing the **edit** out of everything.

Where in Q-3PO's message did it say the other 299,995 people were not even close. It didn't How many more are a week away, remember he said by telling us 5 were days away he stated he has said too much.
P.S. We have only had Holos for what three to four weeks.
The more I read on the boards, the less attractive a Jedi seems. I've lost all faith in the Devs and believe the Jedi are a broken class. I'd like to be proven wrong, but there are no Jedi to disprove me.
1)Posters have talked about killing Dark Jedi Masters with only two PC. Master's have 22k HAM, so how is a Jedi Knight with 800 Ham going to far?
2)Range beats melee (never bring a knife to a gun fight). It also has been posted that defense skilsl (like dodge) are not working properly as they should. Will the blaster deflect work as should?
3)If I have to master several professions, see the world, do a bunch of quest and basically go through the entire game to open a FSCS, what is left for me? Are Jedi that fun or will it just be another profession to master?

Yes a guys with a Sword can do enormous damage to the human body. It is all about energy which is a combination of mass and speed. Sword has low speed but a high mass. A bullet is low mass high speed. Generally you do more damage with the Sword. However you have to be in range to use it. Gamewise how good are melee attacks if we start at 50m and run at the same speed?
Better yet, I will restate. Range has a tactical advantage over melee.

Hey mikey, I bet you don't quit, no matter what, and I bet alot of other people don't quit either.
SOE is counting on your peristent obession to be a Jedi, so don't threaten to quit, because as much as you post, it'll really be painful when you have to come back here and eat your words, while your doing the village quests, asking for advice from other people
