With perfectresources you'd hit 101-102k mass on a crafted X-Wing chassis. Or you can get ROTW and win the 180k mass Heavy X-Wing.

Check the FAQ at the top of the Pilot Forums. Has a big section on how to get the ROTW ships, including the Heavy X-Wing.


But yes, its a quest reward.
