Plus, JTL kiks ass.... twitch based fun game where you actually require skill (and deviousness) to take down your enemies. besides, get the total game experience, yuou get both for the same price

Not to mention that you get extra ship slots with ROTW... for me, that alone is worth buying the expansion.
