Dear SOE Devs,

I noticed in the update notes that went out today your efforts to improve the JTL Ships targeting functions. I have been requesting this improvement, but have been upset to return to this board and find my post deleted repeatedly. I haven't tried the game yet after the update, but I sincerly appreciate your efforts. By demonstrating your responsiveness to our needs and desires, you will change attitudes, and increase your customer base-a fact that you no doubt don't need to be told.

Since I started playing this game on July 1st of 2003, I have seen a lot of improvements, and a lot of very frustrating changes as well, and have been pretty upset over delays. A small gesture to demonstrate that you are listening to our concerns and working to address them goes a long way to increase our rapport and build the trust that allows us to over look inconviencances in anticipation of a solution. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank You.
