Well, after three customer service tickets and three sessions in tech support chat, I was directed here. Couldn't find anything on this already, so I made it myself. I use a Nostromo game controller (no, it's NOT a joystick. . . see here for more details http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=&Section_Id=2071&pcount=&Product_Id=107727) and find myself in a VERY bad position. . . whenever I go up in my starting TIE fighter, I'm in a permanent left-hand roll. It will only come out of the roll if I hold the E key. My steering is also bad or nonexistent. I'm either just looking around (the numberlock key fixed it once, but since then all it does is snap my veiw to the seat of my fighter), not moving at all, or moving so slowly I need to move the mouse completely across the mousepad multiple times to get any significant heading change. I doubt this is an issue with my Nostromo, as I've never had any problems with it before. Also, I've been ingame, disabled the Nostromo software, and still rolled. I managed to get back down to the planet, unplugged the Nostromo, gone back up, and STILL rolled.
No one seems to know how to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? I'm desperate to have not wasted the thirty bucks I just spent on this expansion.

Well, I fixed it.
Reinstalling JTL WITHOUT Norton Anti-virus running took care of it.
Gosh, don't I feel like an idiot
