This is just a general question to the community.

Do you guys notice that in several references they say the tie' int. only as four lasers?

well its just interesting becuase if you read the many X-wing books and comics by micheal A. Stackpole (the comics especially like in the X-wing:Empire's Service) they show that the tie's shoot 6 lasers, one on each wingtip and 2 right below the eye canopy. infact micheal went along to say that in one of thecomics (think it was warrior princes) that all advanced tie squadrons like the 181st (Baron fel's old squadron) featured this with limited sheilds. also during thrawns campaign they had sheilds on the remaining tie int.'s.

could tie's int. get a little weight improvement for better sheilds?

i dont play for the empire yet but i just think this needs to be brought up.
