Ok there i was looking forward to a night where i was going to do the 30 fighters i needed for part 1 of my master missions and any time i used any form of droid command it killed the ships systems. Weapons gone, capacitor gone, booster gone and the droid interface itself gone. I would have done better picking up jar jar binks and throwing him at the enemy for the use my ship was.

I spent an hour trying everything to get this to clear redeeding the ship then reinstalling components, using new components and even another ship and yes you guessed it nothing cleared it. Even repairing at the space stations would not clear this issue.

Well the only thing that cleared it was using the ship as a shuttle between planet as for some reason this reset the components in the ship to normal

So 2 bug reports in and i await with not much breath a reply.

So if anyone else if having similar problems then post your woes here so we can all sit here and moan together.

I had a similar issue the first time I tried my droid commands.

What I did wrong was I tried the Engine overload 4 as the first droid command, and that locked up every system including the Droid interface. I was forced to remove all the components and redeed the ship (I might have been excessive with Redeeding, but better safe than wasting more time launching and correcting things).

The way I have resolved this is I use the Reactor overload command first, This gives my ship enough power to handle the rest of the droid commands.

1) Reactor Overload 3

2) Capacitor Overload 3

3) Weapons Overload 3

4) Engines Overload 3

(and if I am in a bomber making a run at a capital ship)

5) Shield Adjust Front HEAVY

and the most used Program is

Capacitor to Shield Shunt 3 (used whenever I take too much shield damage)

So try it again with using Reactor OverloadFIRST then the other Programs.

The problem for me is i'mtrying to do reactor overload 4 first via a traded chip and thiscauses this issue im having. I also have 5k spare on reactor to begin with so you would think reactor overload 4 plus the 5k i have would work ok but for some reason it's not. Also 2 days ok reactor overload 4 worked fine with no problems and same with other droid commands.I had obviously enough power spare to run them ok then without overload yet now even trying same ship set up as 3 days ago andit will die on any command whereas before it didnt.

The station repairs didn't reset the components for me only travelling via a starport terminal planet to planet like a shuttle trip would reset the components for me so something somewhere has gone very wrong.
