Hey all,
I've decided to switch from rebel pilot to imperial pilots so I can cruise through the stars with one of my friends. I previously did freelance and rebel so the xp bonus will help alot. The problem is that I have -5000 Imperial faction points to get rid of. What is the fastest way to get back to square one (ground missions, etc). I'd prefer not to buy the points from a smuggler since it would probably cost way too much for me.
thanks for any help

Second easiest way would be to find a (very) helpful Jedi Knight, or a high rancked imperial Ace. There isnt a quick way other than having someone give you the faction, as you're limited to pretty basic missions on the ground.
It is possible that you would get fps if an Imperial pilot took you on an overt trip in an Aggressor or a Decimator, but I've never verified that.

I went up in my friend's decimator and we shot down tier 3 rebel ships for an hour. that netted 500 fp. eventually he said "screw this" and delegated me the points. what a nice guy.
