Thread: DEV's WAKE up
Just Another WORD on very BAD game design by the DEV's JTL has to be one of the crappest game add-on's in the WORLD. I've been around video games for over 20 years now and just would like to know what in the world you DEV's were thinking when you made JTL. For example:
--One of my freelance missions is to destory 25 imp ships then destory a gunboat. The problem is that I don't want to group with john doe to do this mission. I don't pay for this game to meet every tom,dickk, and harry out there just so I can complete my mission and get master pilot. I've been workin on this mission since DEC of 04. The 25 ships I can handle now the gunboat is another story. Even if I do start to get the upper hand on the ship it takes off into Hyper drive and thus I don't destory it. Now, most players hate JTL in space. Well atleast on my server. So you dev's created this stupied mission that needs to be done in a group, when nobody wants to even do space missions. So how is somebody like me going to master pilot by myself when nobody wants to help. Nor do I even want to take the time to meet people to help. I don't understand how you can GIVE AWAY jedi. example:don't belive it takes a group to become a jedi. Yet master pilot takes a group of people. WHAT are you DEV's thinking.
Listen you have my account info with phone.. Call me up so I can help you with better game design. Oh I"m also a MP MBH with 6 unlocks.. Do me a big favor do away with mask sent. It doesn't work worth crap either. Being you give me no tools to fight jedi. So I try to use the area round me to help example. jedi's love grindin Krayt. So when I head over to attack the target that is grindin these Krayt I hide my smell with the so called Mask. It don't work, the animal picks right up on me and attacks me.. No don't tell me to take food or drink because I'm to busy using up that in protect what little it is againest jedi. WAKE up guys start thinkin alittle better or get some better testers..
OH and it's not that I don't have friends online or had. Most quit playing after year and half and the few that I still no don't want to do space missions cause it sucks to them. Did you dev's not want alot of people flyin YT-1300's around? Yet jedi can be a dime a dozen?

They aren't going to change the game because you like to solo.
And if you don't think it takes a group to become a Jedi think again. The final mission you will never, ever complete on your own.
You're not cut out for multiplayer games.
I don't see any reason for the entire game design to change to please one anti-social person.
Oh, and by the way:
When you design and release a Star Wars MMO, let us all know so we can try out your leet game design skills.

The challenge, doing them ina group just makes it too easy for me. 15 years of space sim experience kinda does that to you.

everyone groups to finish the last tiers, that's how it is, and it's a lot of fun to run those. i've managed to do all the tier 3 missions for all imp squads and all privateer squads helping out friends. if you have no friends, then you should make some.
i can tell you now, you will need wingies to complete the vette mission.
and everyone else did it, so you can too. or not. not everyone can be uber in space
and if you really think the space master grind is comparable to the jedi grind, you are smokin the bantha weed again.
