For a crafter who is in a guild, it is almost unlikly that I will be able to keep my yacht. Reading posts, it has come to me that it takes up 1 lot. For a chef in a guild. I have a medium house placed in the city(2 lots) Merchant tent outside coro so I can sell my merchandise(1 lot) 2 factories so I can produce my merchandise(1 lot x2) and being the only master chef in the guild, I took it apon myself to hold the cantina for the city (5 lots)

Having said that, how am I suppose to work this out? I could take away 1 factory, but a master chef, working with 1 factory? it'll take me weeks to restock my vendors. I can see everyone arguemnt why it should take up 1 lot, cause it can hold items, but what about us crafters who have to use ever signle lot, to make ends meet, or to support our city/guild. If you can't take away the lot for the yacht, atleast lower the lot count for the cantina, like w-t-f 5? a larg house is bigger then the cantina, and it only takes 4, and medium house is bigger then a cantina, and it takes 2.

arrange for some other member in your guild to take the cantina; If they love you (and they better love their master chef/master ent) they will help you! if not, see if they will take over one of your factories (if you trust them that well) *grin*

I have to agree. It's stupid for the thing to take a lot.

If they made it not take a lot, they would have to take away its capacity to store items.

That's the tradeoff.

The yacht is essentially, a flying house. That is why it costs 1 lot.

you can either not claim it and take no lots, or keep it out for 1 lot.. noones forcing you to lose 1 lot - also anyone can take your factories and give you admin, freeing up two lots, then master dancer/musician/chefs can take the cantina - thats 7 lots free!
Same with house, just make you admin, and same again with the merchant tent. so you can have 10 lots free!

Just requires a little time to ask a friend, and a few of their lots.
