I pre-ordered my game through game stop...i received it today. I dont see anything that says its a pre-order key...ive tried every number on the case, nothing works. I also tried my beta key, that doesnt work either. I can play JTL, but I dont have any way to get my speeder....the only reason I pre-ordered was for the speeder. The game cost me more money due to shipping and i only did it that way for the speeder. So please any help on how to get my speeder??? Im gettin a little pissed, i paid extra money to have jtl shipped and now i cant get what i paid for....so pleease ...a little advice on how to get what I paid for.

I'm pretty sure you paid for JTL, not a flash speeder.

Yes of course i paid for jtl....but i paid extra to have it shipped when i could have just gone down the street and picked it up at best buy minus the cost of shipping.The only reason i was paying to have it shipped was for the flash speeder.

you probley pre ordered after they stoped giving those away... like me. but im lucky. i just got a e mail from EB games and it said that they hade extra codes for the speeder and that theyll give me the code in another mail as soon as they could. WOOT

Thanks for the info. So do I need to go after Gamestop to get my pre-order code, or is soe going to resolve this. It seems that this has happened to a number of us. I feel that if we were told we would receive this code for pre-ordering that we should get what we were promised. Well, I already emailed sony guess I'll email gamestop now. Hopefully it wont be a case of sony pointing at the retailer and the retailer pointing at soe. Its not even that the speeder is such a big deal, its the principle of not getting what you were told you would for the purchase.

I pre-ordered on the 20th.... But supposivly Game-Stop stoped giving Flash Speeders out on the 14th! I love how SOE updates ther sites! It still says "sign up forJTL beta!" on the front page!When ipreordered the game itsaid i get the Flash Speeder. If i just wanted the game i would picked it up today.... I preordered....I want a speeder! Im sure a hell of alot of people have this problem...cause when i called Game-Stop they said, Because of the release of SWG:JTL we have had a overflow of calls.. Please bare with us. I think that we should get our speeder if we pre-ordered our game before the 27th. SOE Store said, "Pre-Order and get your flash speeder when you play!" or something to that extent... I preordered. Also, im sure most of the people reading the posts about a "flash speeder" are like its just a speeder, but most of the people that pre-ordered prob wanted that speeder just cause they are veterans of the game, its just like the yaught.. Its just something for your "collection".

you know what, we should be used not to get what they tell us we will. "Combat balance will be out before the jedi revamp blah blah" some people arent getting the yatch and so on. im gonna email SOE with proof that i preordered the game at gamestop and if i dont get anything I will seriusly never believe one thing they tell us.
Is it so hard to give you the key themselves in some way???

Same issue. I pre-ordered from GameStop on the 15th and didn't receive a key. If they stopped the flash speeder disc thing on the 14th there should have been an update not to mention that TH said all pre-orders get the speeder.

Same thing, this is disheartening since I also preordered just for the speeder.When I placed my order, the "Special Bonus Offer" was still on the JTL page on the Gamestop site. I've emailed.. still waiting...
Hope this wasn't one of those "bait and switch" deals...

Okay, I just called the EBgames Help line, they said that they would be "emailing me a code" to activate the speeder.
that's all well and good, but I've already registered the game. Can I reregister with this new code? Or am I SOL on this one?
I imagine if you call or email Gamestop, they'll have a similar answer.
Just curious to see what the deal was, and if anyone had any answers.
Seems like a giant cluster f--- to me.
