I never uninstalled the beta and im sure that lots of people never uninstalled it eathier... How do I uninstall it? I think this might be causing the problem!

You need to goto your Start menu, choose Settings, choose Add/Remove programs.
Choose to remove the JTL Beta installation, then goto the directory on your Hard Drive you installed the beta and delete it (should be different from your live SWG installation location).
That should get the beta uninstalled, let us know if that helps.
You may also try scrolling down on the news section and choosing one of the links to register the pre-order, and edit your subscription and register your expansion from there.

I figured the beta was messing it up but I couldn't really find any reasoning as to how it would do so.

It probably has registry keys in your windows installation which conflict with the retail version.

I never opend my JTL relase CD, I just went to the expansion registration page put in teh #s, and went on my way. Never uninstalled teh beta, and I was able to play just fine.

Did you have your JtL beta installed into the same directory as yourlive SWG?

I uninstalled the beta and INSTANTLY I was able to use my JTL cd key.
