How do I disable FFB when I am taking hits to my armor in JTL? I have a Microsoft FFB2. I have gone to CONTROL PANEL and disabled FFB in the game controllers manager but it still happens. I have left RTC enabled. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Or at least hopefully in the short future, but I'm sure it could happen, it seems that they're treating JTL like their new baby, they addressed a majority of the issues during beta relatively fast.

Very fast, and alot of issues, too. It was quite impressive.

you telling me the first game in a LONG time to use force feedback (I was rather thinking they had forgot about it)making my FFB2 of some use again and not just a bulky joystick....has used the force feed back to an annoying level and you want to turn it off!?.....

Yup I want to turn it off. I hate FFB but love RTC. The main thing is it is too noisey when im getting spanked. I usually play at night and when its jumping all over my desk due to my lack of skills, I worry about waking up my kids. Perhaps if i could at least turn it down it would be okay, but (for me) it is definitly at an annoying level.

The FFB2 is an excellent stick because of its smoothness and accuracy. Not all of us who own it bought it for the force feedback capability.

The ffb now is just to strong. I'm glad I haven't got my copy of JtL yet, cos even if I had, I wouldn't launch into space before they give ustheability to adjust ffb intensity and the option to disable itcompletely.
