just got jtl and im loving it 
ive got a quick question i want to be able to use a firespray once im master but ive been told of my m8s that only a freelance pilot can use them?
im a little ocnfused cause the cert is in the master alliance box aswell
so my question is who can and cant fly a firespray?

While search is your friend, I'll help ya out 
Yep, any Ace level pilot can use a Firespray.

Be prepared to pay quite a bit for one though, since the shcems from there are crazy hard to get.

Depends on how your server economy is though. I paid 3m for mine recently and have seen some go in the 2+ range.
