I agree, the space part of the game would be a lot more interesting with a whole range of new capital ships to fight. From the smaller types that should be soloable by a good pilot, to the big boys that should require a large group to take down.

It would also open up the door for a number of new mission types. The duty missions versus the infinite fighter wings was fun at first, but I got bored of it fast because it's the only missiontypeavailable.

Besides the obvious "Destroy the Big Ship" missions, you could be sent to do dangerous fly-by inspections. Where you have to get close enough to a hostile fleet to inspect all the ships (maybe 3-4 capital ships) while dodging their attacks. There was a mission in X-wing Alliance where you had to do this in a A-wing. It was challenging and a fun change of pace from just destroying everything.

Another obvious mission type would be to escort a wing of npc bombers on a strike mission against a capital ship. The objective in this one would be to defend the bombers from fighters launched by the target ship.

GCW also must affect the space...

How it is possible that being the Galaxy dominated by the Empire only a ISD exists?

You don't have to put ti near space stations, but the ISD must be there, at least patrolling of random form...

Of equal Corellia way it must have more rebellious presence, Endor more Imperial protection...

The capital ships like something exceptional are treating, like a species in extinction, when it is something essential in the world of SW(only anISD, 2 hours to see a corvette in Kessel...).

The zones of the systems are very ample, is site for everything and one of the preoccupations of a pilot must be, if you take xwing, notget closeto an ISD, ifu pilota TIE, notget closerwith corvettes or rebellious frigates...

I believe that it comprises of the game trying to escape of the harassment of the opposite, or to try to cross delicate zones (imperial blockade, rebellious caravan...)

I believe that it is better than the capital ships make the functions of faction stations
