I'm playing as Imp pilot and was sent directly to Storm Squadron.
I hear people talking about Black Epsilon and the Inquisition... how do you get into one of those squadrons? Everyone seems to say you can simply change squadrons and do missions with them and such, but how do you do that?
Do you lose anything when you leave a squadron like SS? Do you have to resign from a Squadron somehow? Can you simply be in multiple Squadrons at a time?

You lose everything and need to start over again, even for squadrons of the same faction.If you mastered the previous squadron then you will recieve a Master Bonus for Space XP during your next grind.

So technically by releasing your piloting skills.... you can simply go back and sign up again and do it all over again in the same squadron? I made a ton of money just selling the loot and the duty missions, so I could go back and keep signing up and resigning to simply keep making big money on loot and stuff?
Loophole eh?
So how do you join the other squadrons still? Where do you go?

make sure that you dont have an inspiration buff when you resign in order to change squadrons etc. ie.. if you had 200,000 space combat xp, you would lose 220,000 combat xp (leaving you with a 20,000 xp debt for when you start on the new squadron!) found that one out the hard way!

Huh? You lost combat Xp or did you mean you lose Space Combat XP?
Is this a bug that happens when your inspired?
Also as I said, I'm only done tier 1 so far so its no big loss.... so where do you go to join the other squadrons? I went to the starting trainer on Bestine and after Tier 1 he sends you directly to Storm Squadron...
Do you need to start elsewhere to get into the inquisition or black epsilon? Where do you go?

- Inquisition: Lt. Barn Sinkko, Kadaara, Naboo (5204, 6728)
- Storm Squadron: Lt. Akal Colzet, Bestine, Tatooine (1110, -3514) Note: this is widely considered the hardest pilot squad in the game.
- Black Epsilon: Hakasha Sireen, Imp Outpost, Talus (-2183, 2259)
