Thread: The Vette is harder this time .

thanks to all that gave advice yesterday , today i am trying to get the imperial vette . As a reb i did it in a X- Wing with less than 100k mass . Now i have a Rihkxyrk with 180kmass tricked out and im haveing a harder time . Any advice ? Or would anyone like to help , im on east coast time US. Would be cool to see an Armada ofFighters in Kessel again, instead of the few miners that are the norm in kessel now .

The Rihk is a wonderful ship, and was probably my favorite while I was Freelance. But it has one issue - it's a HUGE target, and turrets on ships like the vette love it. Try a smaller ship - like a heavy Syck, or Dunelizard. Concentrate on using blindspots so you don't get hit, rather than surviving hits. And load your Level 8 reward shield.


The trick to the vette is that it doesn't require massive firepower, like gunboats do. Even 1 decent gun will be enough. Also, search the forums for guides on soloing the vette, the one involving missiles is probably your best bet.


Which vette are you going against, the Corellian Corvette or the Star Ravager? I have a rebel pilot on Ahazi, I'll fly with you if you want, and can tell me when to log in.
