According to Cinco Barnes, there is no neutral in space. Privateer is a third faction, and all factions fly their own craft.
2) Will u be open to attack at any moment in space
The Devs have not made a final determination as yet concerning the degree of consensual/open PvP in space, though many of us wish to know.
3) Can u doc in space (as in to repair ships)
There will be an ability to dock for cloning and repairing your ships in space, but not to the degree of being able to walk around on a ship. Again, according to Cinco Barnes.
4) Can u ship be borded and searched for contraband
This has not been implemented as of yet, according tot he Devs, though there is supposed to be something put in along these lines to facilitate the Smuggler revamp.
5) Will the be a Firespray attack ship!
At present no one actually knows. There are rumors of sightings, but nothing confirmed. Check out swg.stratics.com for information on what ships have been seen yet.
6) Is their so far only one multi person ship
At the moment there is only the YT-1300 for multipassenger options, though the Devs have said that they wish to implement additional ships before launch if possible.
7) Will their be battlefields in space
There have been several petitions to have open PvP spatial sectors, with much support for most of them, but we have not recieved a single response as of yet.

Yes, so far only one multi-person ship, the Falcon-lookalike YT. Word is their may be another added before launch though...

well im realy fed up with all the cl 80 bh killing noob paddys
comon devs please do something about it
i dont mind getting hunted by a bh of my lvl but not thats 20 lvls high then me (including my combat prof)
or fix the group vis soon then youl have another player that going to play a very long time
btw ne1 heard whats going to happen to us at publish 19?
did ne1 off you heard nething
