Right now I have 1/1/1/1 and enough points to get my next box. However I cant get trained. I dont know if there is still a mission I have to do or if there is someone I just need to talk to. I do have an authorization of transfer disk in my inventory, but I dont know what I need to do with it. Thanks for any help. Also I am on bloodfin if that has anything to do with it.
