If im a reb pilet 4444 and i swich to imp will i keep those pilet skills?

No, the instant you drop your faction you'll lose all pilot skills from the corresponding squadron. If you were Privateer, it wouldn't matter. Oh, and if you're still going to do this, I'd master your squadron first, for the XP bonus and badge.

im 4434 if i swich now will i get the double exp if i go privatier?

No, you have to master the pilot tree to get the Ace bounus.
